Founding & Managing Partners

Mr. Leo Yip, ESQ.

Mr. Yip is the founding partner of Nguyen & Yip, P.C., who is specialized in international intellectual property, international business transactions, and Anti-Money laundering compliance. With his extensive business, technical and legal background, Mr. Yip has been providing advice to corporations and individual inventors to protect their inventions and intellectual properties and to resolve allegations of infringement in the U.S., Europe, and Asia (in particular China). In addition, Mr. Yip also helped clients structure international financial transactions to comply with U.S. Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Mr. Yip earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology/Vocational Management and Master of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University. He also holds a law degree from Western State University, licensed to practice in California and the US Patent and Trademark Office.
